This website, luarit.com, is operated by Luar Cybersecurity & Information Technologies Ltd, trading as Luar IT ("Luar IT", "we", "us"), a registered company established in Dublin, Republic of Ireland. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Luar IT is the data controller for personal data processed through this website.

2. What this website collects

This site is intentionally engineered for privacy and security:

• Direct Communications: There is no insecure web form. Communication takes place directly via email. You can encrypt your messages with our published PGP key.
• Local Storage (Essential): We store your chosen theme preference (luarit-theme) and your consent preference (luarit-cookie-consent) on your own device.
• Aggregated Analytics (Optional): If you choose "Accept analytics" on our cookie banner, privacy-first aggregated metrics (page views, browser type, approximate region) are collected solely to evaluate platform reliability and performance. No personal tracking or cross-site profiling takes place. If you reject analytics ("Essential only"), no analytics scripts or cookies run.
• Server Logs: Technical network logs (IP address, user agent, requested URI, timestamp) are retained temporarily for defense against volumetric attacks, brute-force attempts, and unauthorized perimeter probing.

3. Data you send us directly

When you email any @luarit.com address (such as info@luarit.com, security@luarit.com...), we process the contents of your message and contact details to answer your inquiry, formulate a technical proposal, or execute a service agreement.

We strongly recommend encrypting any confidential infrastructure topology, credentials, vulnerability disclosure, or incident data using our public GPG/PGP key before transmission.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data under the following GDPR legal bases: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for optional analytics; pre-contractual steps or contractual execution (Art. 6(1)(b)); our legitimate interest in securing our web perimeter and answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)); and legal compliance with Irish statutory and tax requirements (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Under European Union data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. 6. Jurisdiction and Security

All server systems, email routing, and data processing reside within European Union data centers under strict technical safeguards, disk-level LUKS encryption, and role-based access restrictions.
